API LICENSE

Techknowvate shall retain all rights, title and interest in all intellectual property owned, created, or utilized in the provision of the Deliverables, including the Techknowvate-owned software and all of Techknowate’s system intellectual property. Subject to your compliance with all of the API Terms, Techknowvate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Techknowvate APIs to develop, test, and support your Application, and allow Customers to use your integration of the Techknowvate APIs within your Application. You may use the Techknowvate APIs only as expressly permitted in these API Terms. Violation of these API Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your use of the Techknowvate APIs.
