Techknowvate was invited to participate in the ‘Dayton In A Decade’ event. An event where more than 70 of the region’s most influential leaders look to the future and brainstorm on what Dayton could be a decade from now. This event took place August 20th in Downtown Dayton at the Top of the Market Event Center adjacent to the highly popular 2nd Street Market. The event was hosted by the City of Dayton with support from several sponsors including major sponsor Cincinnati Bell. Techknowvate, represented by its President, Jeff Addison, was honored to participate and support the City of Dayton at the ‘Dayton in A Decade’ event According to Jeff, “Dayton has a great history and if we work hard together now the future can be even greater.” Dayton has been through a lot in recent months with the Tornados and very unfortunate tragic events in the Oregon District. “There’s a recognition that, not just in spite of but because of, the challenges and tragedies of the last several months, that there needs to be another layer of conversation,” said Stuart Candy, PhD with Carnegie Mellon University and presenting Futurist at the event.
